If you live in Ottawa between Lyon Street and Breezehill Avenue, and between Carling Avenue and the Ottawa River, you can visit us at Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Avenue) once a month to receive a supply of groceries.

Arrive at Bronson Centre at Lisgar Street entrance and be greeted by one of our staff or volunteers
Once it is your turn, advance toward the counter outside Grey Court (Room 109).
Present your photo identification and proof of address to our volunteer greeter.
They will access your Link2Feed profile and determine the size of your grocery basket. The amount of food you receive is based on the size of your household.
Your order will be packed in several bags, and you should bring reusable bags, backpack or grocery cart to carry the items back home.
Clients are eligible to visit our food bank once per month.
What to bring with you
Photo identification for the household member picking up food, and Proof of identity for each member of the household (Driver's license, Ontario Health Card, bus pass, passport or permanent resident card).
Proof of address, such as recent mail that includes your name, address and date - government letters, hydro bill, phone bill, drug card, pay stub, HST/Child Benefit.
Solid, reusable grocery bags or backpack to carry your goods. A mobile grocery cart may be offered to you if we have one on hand.
